Wedding Photographed in Putney

The famous Star and Garter Hotel in Putney was the London venue for Emelda and Kate’s Civil Partnership. Guests could gather downstairs for a nerves settling drink in the bar prior to the service upstairs in the ballroom.  All the decorations were very elegant, and coupled with the light and airy space the venue looked great.

The family photographs were taken along the banks of the river Thames

The highlight of the day  (over and above the ceremony itself of course) was the series of superb cabaret performances by the friends of Emelda and Kate. The ballroom had a small elevated stage so everyone could see each act. Solo piano recitals to full choir were all in evidence – amazing.
