Dear Sam, We can't thank you enough for the beautiful photo book that arrived in the post this morning - it is just gorgeous! How incredibly kind of you both - Mark and I are really touched. Although we always think our children should be better behaved during our annual photo shoot with Douglas, we never fail to be thrilled with the pictures. I know Peter and my parents always love them too.
