London Wedding Photography in Barnes at Olympic Studios
London Wedding photography in Barnes at St Mary’s church, then on to the legendary Olympic Studios.
The sun shone, the guests all made it safely from far flung countries and often the most overlooked bonus, is that St Mary’s Church and the venue for the reception were about 100m apart, no complicated travel issues and no one delayed.
During the service the ring bearer was Lola the couple’s Airedale terrier who was groomed to perfection and behaved impeccably throughout the service, and then went on to feature heavily and obligingly in the couple photographs after the ceremony. Lola was then taken home to catch up on the cricket on TV which she is a big fan of apparently.
Olympic studios as a venue was new to me and I was intrigued to read of its rich musical history having seen Pink Floyd, The Beatles and many others grace its studios. The day had a very happy atmosphere with time enough for a walk down to the river for a brief portrait photography session, before heading back to the restaurant for the wedding breakfast and speeches.
