Nicola got ready with her bridesmaids at her flat in London’s Whitechapel before setting off in a white London Taxi with her dad for St Marks Church in Maida Vale. St Marks is a very large church by any standards so all the ushers ensured the 90 or so guests filled from the front so all could get a good view. After the service there was a short walk for the guests to the Amadeus Centre in Little Venice and the drinks reception. The wedding breakfast was served upstairs in the main hall with all lighting arranged and prepared by Stuart’s brother – A large inverted bell of lights dominated the ceiling and looked amazing.
The speeches were all excellent, and heart felt. The cake cutting and dancing took place back downstairs, a room that had been swiftly and elegantly rearranged now with a disco, bar and evening supper
